Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to elicit and evolve requirements for technical design and implementation.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, with a strong focus on contact centres, cloud, telephony, and ICT infrastructure.
Define and review vendor Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and ongoing system support requirements.
Review and provide input into Disaster Recovery procedures and update Business Continuity Processes to reflect changing technology landscapes.
Prepare and assist in the development of key project and program management documents, including program business cases and tender documentation.
Minimum 10 years of experience working closely with business users to develop processes and gather/validate requirements in ICT projects.
Strong understanding of complex technology landscapes, including contact centres, telephony, cloud, and ICT infrastructure.
Proven experience in composing and evaluating technical tenders, integrating technical solutions, and collaborating with technical SMEs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and vendors.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify, address, and escalate risks and issues impacting successful project implementation.
